By accessing this website or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or make a purchase.
2. License & Permitted Use
Each template purchase grants you a single-project license: you may use the template for one website or product. You may modify, customize, and build upon the template for your own project. You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files with third parties. For agency or multi-project use, a separate license is required.
3. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds once a template has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact hello@blackindex.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.
4. Intellectual Property
All templates, design systems, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of The Helium Index. Your purchase grants you a license to use the template, not ownership of the underlying design. Fonts, stock images, and third-party assets included in template demos may require separate licensing for production use.
5. Limitation of Liability
Templates are provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, loss of data, or business losses arising from the use of our templates. It is your responsibility to test and validate any template before deploying it in a production environment.
6. Governing Law
